At Forest Grove, we believe that children are not only our future; we believe they are the church of today! We realize that there are many challenges in raising children today, so we wish to partner with you in sculpting young lives to lead a life of purpose. Within this facet of our ministry, Forest Grove takes great pride, and expends much effort. Children, ranging from preschool through fifth grade, are taught the priority of a relationship with Christ; the principles of relationships with others; and the privilege of serving God within His church. Our Children's Department is equipped with many skilled and dedicated instructors. This labor of love has seen a great harvest of fruit as many children have accepted Christ as their Savior, and followed His instruction to be baptized. In addition to teaching our children the priceless treasures of God's Word, we take those same Scriptures and assist the students in making practical application of the teachings of Christ in every aspect of their young lives.
We offer various activities for young people to worship, fellowship, and minister throughout the course of the year. Weekly opportunites for their growth include Wacky Wonderful Wednesdays and Junior Church.
